    Created in 2003, the TV Studio at Cape Fear Community College’s downtown campus was used for video and production classes, educational programing, and promotional videos. In the summer of 2024, the TV Studio was shut down and video production activities relocated to the North Campus.

    The Lab

    The Lab with Spenser Cain was Cape Fear Community College’s entertainment source and was dedicated to bringing its audience the best in local music, theater, art, and film. This episode features an interview with the star of One Tree Hill, Sophia Bush.

    AMPED was a cable television show produced by the Cape Fear Community College TV Studio that featured live performances by local bands.

    Cooking on the Cape

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    In 2006, Jaime Chadwick, Program Director of Culinary Technology, hosted Cooking on the Cape, a local cooking program produced by the TV Studio. It's not clear how many episodes were produced, but we have four in the Archives.

    Word on the Street

    Hosted by Frank Carter, Chair of Humanities, Word on the Street was designed to provide CFCC's students with a forum to discuss current issue.

    SeaDevil TV

    Sea Devil TV was a news program featuring stories from around the campus.

    On the Set with Jaime Brooke

    On the Set with Jamie Brooke  was design to provide behind the scene access to Wilmington’s film and video projects.

    Real to Reel

    Hosted by Kelly Allen, Reel to Reel was a platform for CFCC’s Film and Video Production students to view and discuss their short films or other projects.
