HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You can initiate the process online:
Reference or Circulation staff members can help if you have questions.
WHEN WILL I GET THE BOOK OR ARTICLE?
Allow 7-10 days for receipt of books. Journal articles--which are sometimes sent to us by email or FAX--usually arrive much sooner. Once an item is received, you will be notified by telephone and email. The lending library sets the length of time materials may be kept, so it's very important to be prompt in picking up, using and returning all ILL materials.
