The Learning Lab supports students by providing face-to-face tutoring in math, science, writing, and computer courses. Help is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Downtown Campus in L-218. At the North Campus in NA-113I, help is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Downtown Learning Lab offers foreign language (French, German, and Spanish) and social science tutoring, while the North Campus offers Film and Video Production, Medical Office Administration, and Accounting tutoring. Other subjects are available upon request.

The IT Help Desk serves as the first point of contact for Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) students seeking IT technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat. The IT Help Desk can do basic computer and software troubleshooting for CFCC-related issues such as:
