| The Association serves the interests of the public by: promoting private property rights, monitoring and proposing regulation and legislation to ensure the availability and affordability of insurance for both residential and commercial property owners, and working with the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the NC Real Estate Commission to promote ethically and legally sound representation for the consumer. |  |
