The sole author of the Philosophy Pages site is Garth Kemerling. After twenty-five years of teaching philosophy courses at the undergraduate college level, he began developing on-line materials as an aid for students enrolled in the courses he commonly taught. It turned out to be useful for a wider audience as well. The site includes dictionary, history, study guide, timeline, FAQs links.
