The mission of the ASE Education Foundation is to improve the quality of automotive technician training programs nationwide at secondary and post-secondary, public and proprietary schools. To accomplish this mission ASE examines the structure, resources and quality of training programs and evaluates them against standards established by the industry. These standards reflect the skills that students must master to be successful in the industry.

The AERA Engine Builders Association is the preeminent technical resource and industry voice for internal combustion engine builders, remanufacturers, machine shops, OEMs, suppliers and service providers worldwide. Established in 1922, AERA is the industry’s oldest and most authoritative organization, serving an international membership made up of thousands of small and large businesses serving industries ranging from mining and manufacturing to Formula 1 racing.

Since 1951, the Automotive Service Association (ASA) has been the leading organization for owners and managers of automotive service businesses that strive to deliver excellence in service and repairs to consumers.

Automotive Women's Alliance Foundation (AWAF) is a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the global automotive industry.

The Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) is about vintage automobiles and the pleasure of the sport. Since its beginning in 1952, the Members of the CCCA have been dedicated to the collection, preservation and enjoyment of the world’s finest cars.

The mission of CCAR is to provide consistent and compliant Safety, Pollution Prevention, and HazMat training, as well as Education and Environmental best practices for the global motor vehicle industry.
CCAR’s vision is one of a workplace with fully trained automotive professionals, focusing on their craft, enhancing their overall business and living ‘Safe, Clean and Green.’

The EAA is a non-profit educational organization that promotes the advancement and widespread adoption of Electric Vehicles. Electric vehicles (EVs) are a clean, quiet alternative to conventional automobiles. Electric Vehicles not only keep our Earth cleaner, their use preserves the earth's natural resources. The EAA acts as a public source of information to communicate developments in electric vehicle technology, to encourage experimentation in the building of electric vehicles, and to organize public exhibits and events of electric vehicles, and to educate the public on the progress and benefits of electric vehicle technology.

The purposes of the Association are the development and encouragement of high standards of workmanship and ethics among its members, the improvement of business conditions through the exchange of information and ideas, and the promotion of the common business interests of persons and organizations engaged in the rebuilding of internal combustion engines or basic internal components of such engines.

A key focus at Green Car Institute is identifying realistic pathways that accelerate the introduction of cleaner and more efficient vehicles to our highways. This focus has resulted in milestone electric vehicle studies and demonstration programs, plus market analysis and reports that identify impacts on emissions reduction and oil displacement.

The International Automotive Technicians Network is the largest network of automotive repair professionals in the world: a group of 78,970 automotive professionals from 160 countries. The members of this group exchange technical knowledge with their peers around the globe, sharing 1.9 million years of experience. iATN has been proudly serving the automotive service and repair industry and the needs of professional automotive mechanics around the world, for over 15 years.

The NADA story began in 1917 when 30 auto dealers traveled to the nation’s capital to convince Congress not to impose a luxury tax on the automobile. They successfully argued that the automobile is a necessity of American life, not a luxury. From that experience was born the National Automobile Dealers Association. Today, NADA represents nearly 16,000 new car and truck dealers, with 32,500 franchises, both domestic and international.

The National Biodiesel Board is the national trade association representing America's first Advanced Biofuel. The group works to create sustainable biodiesel industry growth through education, communication, governmental affairs, technical and quality assurance programs. Serving as the coordinating body for research and development in the US the National Biodiesel Board is comprised of state, national, and international feedstock and feedstock processor organizations, biodiesel suppliers, fuel marketers and distributors, and technology providers.

Since 1972 our independent non-profit organization has worked to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service by testing and certifying automotive professionals.

Since 1981, the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) has been the authoritative voice of the U.S. ethanol industry. Our members are committed to helping our country become cleaner, safer, and more energy independent. In creating a forum for ethanol producers and industry stakeholders, RFA has achieved an unequaled record of results through action, advocacy and analysis.

SAE standards are internationally recognized for their role in helping ensure the safety, quality, and effectiveness of products and services across the mobility engineering industry.

The United States Council for Automotive Research LLC (USCAR) was founded in 1992. Its goal is to further strengthen the technology base of the U.S. auto industry through cooperative research and development. Its main focus is to create, support and direct U.S. cooperative research and development to advance automotive technologies and to be responsive to the needs of our environment and society and include the appropriate public and private stakeholders.
